This is a principal contractor appointment to deliver a full electrical rewire of a 1960s sheltered housing block.
The existing electrical infrastructure presents several issues:

Undersized sub-main cabling preventing electric showers and free-standing cookers
Unsafe and poorly positioned meter room layout
Inability to install smart meters
Outdated fittings reducing energy efficiency
