Manchester City Council is undertaking a preliminary market engagement exercise for a new Repairs and Maintenance IT Software System to support its Housing Services Directorate and Direct Labour Organisation (DLO). The Council is seeking supplier input on a system that will manage and support repairs and maintenance operations. The estimated implementation phase is scheduled from 1 May 2026 to 31 March 2027 (11 months). This exercise will help shape the future procurement and may lead to a further contract for ongoing system operation, maintenance, and support.
