Connect2Luton, a joint venture between Luton Borough Council and Commercial Services Kent Ltd, is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for recruitment agencies to join its Preferred Supplier Listing. The DPS will support the managed recruitment of temporary staff, interim professionals and specialist contractors to meet workforce needs across Luton Borough Council and potentially LBC maintained schools and academies within the borough of Luton. The opportunity has an estimated total value of £150 million and will operate for an initial duration of 60 months, allowing approved agencies to supply personnel across a wide range of council services.
