The DPS will provide a managed recruitment service supplying temporary agency workers, contractors, and interim professionals across council services, with the option to extend staffing support to maintained schools and academy trusts. The estimated value of the opportunity is £100,000,000, providing long-term opportunities for recruitment providers to deliver flexible staffing solutions across a range of public sector roles.
