Scope of Works
- Lot 1 (Minor Civil): Repair, maintenance, and installation of new civil engineering assets and pipework.
- Lot 2 (Minor M&E): Cabling and installation of new mechanical and electrical assets.
- Lot 3 (MCC): Repairs and modifications of existing mechanical and electrical assets, specifically Motor Control Centres.
- Lot 4 (HV): Installation of new High Voltage assets (excluding telemetry and specific software modifications).
- Lot 5 (ICA): Design, installation, testing, and commissioning of integration, control, and automation software, including SCADA systems and communication links.
- Works must be conducted within live utility sites, requiring strict adherence to water industry safeguarding and operational security requirements.

- Experienced in the water utility sector with a proven track record in non-infrastructure maintenance and refurbishment.
- Technical specialists in civil engineering, M&E, HV installations, or ICA/SCADA software design and commissioning.
- Capable of providing a full “cradle-to-grave” service, including planning, procurement, build, and final commissioning.
- Proactive approach to working on critical infrastructure with the ability to maintain service continuity for a large population.
