About the Role:

We’re hiring on behalf of a Global Recruitment Agency looking for a Bid Writer to join their team in Manchester. This is a support role where you’ll play a crucial part in crafting bids that win new business. You’ll be involved in writing, research, and coordination, helping the team deliver high-quality proposals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting Bid Writing Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading bids to make them clear, persuasive, and client-focused.
  • Content Coordination Help maintain and update the bid library with fresh, engaging content.
  • Research & Analysis Provide valuable insights to strengthen bid strategies.
  • Team Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather relevant information.
  • Deadline Management Coordinate timelines and keep projects on track.

  • Experience in Bid Writing Support within the Recruitment Sector.
  • Excellent Writing and Editing Skills You know how to make words work.
  • Attention to Detail Youre meticulous when it comes to proofreading.
  • Organisational Skills Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player You collaborate well and communicate clearly.
