The Role:
Are you a seasoned 360 Recruitment Consultant who thrives in the fast-paced world of blue collar industrial and engineering? Do you have an eye for spotting top talent in the form of welders, fabricators, CNC machinists, and other hands-on talent? 

We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with experience in the blue collar sector to join our client’s North Manchester team. You’ll be the Sherlock Holmes of recruitment – finding and placing the best talent in the world of manufacturing and engineering, all while building top-notch relationships with clients and candidates alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle (yes, all 360 degrees) – from hunting down those elusive blue-collar candidates to seeing them walk through the client’s door on their first day.
• Building strong client relationships because nothing says success like a client who trusts you with building their workforce.
• Writing irresistible job ads to attract skilled fabricators, maintenance engineers, and more.
• Sourcing and headhunting like a recruitment ninja – finding talent on job boards, LinkedIn, or even down the local tool shop.
• Keeping up with the latest trends and changes in the industrial and engineering sectors – you’ll be dropping terms like “lean manufacturing” and “compliance” like a pro.
• Closing deals and smashing targets faster than a CNC machine hitting top speed.
