Global Business Development / Bid Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a dynamic Global Business Intelligence Manager. This remote role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact in the Temporary Recruitment and Staffing Industry.

Location: Remote (Anywhere across UK / Europe) – Will be required to attend meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Generation: Identify and engage global prospects for tender opportunities in diverse markets.
  • Strategic Meetings: Organise and manage high-level meetings with prospective clients and senior management.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, positioning our client as a trusted partner.
  • Database Management: Maintain a robust database of global prospects and ensure accurate reporting for management.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Business Development within the Staffing and Recruitment sector.
  • Familiarity with high-volume sales, tender processes, and the Temporary Labour Market (highly desirable).
  • Prior team management experience (a plus).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving business growth, and overseeing key client accounts.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Awareness of market trends and competitor dynamics, with the agility to adjust sales approaches as needed.
  • Skilled in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, monitor sales activities, and produce detailed reports.
