Due to a growing client base, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in the engineering sector to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in driving their growth and success.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients within the engineering sector.
  • Utilising various sourcing methods to identify and attract top engineering talent, including headhunting, networking, and advertising.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact and interview to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients and candidates with informed advice.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase market share.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will have:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant, specifically within the engineering sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth understanding of the engineering industry, including key roles, skills, and market trends.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
