The successful Recruitment Consultant will be:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Identifying and sourcing high-calibre candidates through various channels.

Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact, through to offer negotiation and placement.

Recruitment Consultant Experience Required:

Proven experience as a top-performing recruitment consultant, ideally with experience within any of the following sectors – Technology, SAAS, Digital, Construction, Civil, Accountancy, and Financial.

Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
