• • Client Collaboration: Work closely with our client’s existing and new clients, understanding their needs and finding the perfect candidates to fill their roles.

• • Talent Sourcing: Whether it’s through job boards, LinkedIn, or your own network, you’ll be hunting down the best talent in the industry.

• • Full-Cycle Recruitment: From the first contact to closing the deal, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process. That means job briefings, interviews, negotiations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

• • Industry Insight: Keep up with the latest trends and shifts in the construction industry to offer informed advice and match candidates effectively.

• • Business Development: You’ll also play a key role in spotting new business opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our client’s network.

• • Database Management: Keep everything organized and up-to-date in the candidate database, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Who We’re Looking For:
