The Role:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Attracting Talent: You’ll use your recruitment skills to tap into the best talent pools. Whether through networking, social media, or creative sourcing techniques, you’ll have the freedom to be inventive in your approach.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Work with HR teams and hiring managers to design bespoke recruitment plans. From identifying job requirements to strategising how to bring the right people onboard, you’ll be a key player in recruitment decisions.
  • Candidate Engagement: You’ll engage with potential candidates in a way that promotes not just the job but the entire employee experience. It’s not just about filling a role—it’s about creating lasting, positive impressions.
  • Employer Branding: Help build and enhance our clients’ employer brands by ensuring they’re positioned as attractive employers in a competitive market. You’ll be the voice behind campaigns that make candidates want to apply.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights and metrics to improve recruitment processes, measure success, and adjust strategies where needed. Analytics will help you track what’s working and what needs tweaking.

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction: You’ve been there, done that, and are ready to do it again—only better. You know the ins and outs of recruitment, and you’re not afraid to shake things up if it means getting better results.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You can talk the talk with both candidates and clients. Building rapport comes naturally to you, and you’re a strong advocate for both sides of the recruitment process.
  • Creativity in Sourcing: You don’t just rely on the usual job boards. You know how to use LinkedIn, industry-specific networks, and even unexpected platforms to find the best people.
