Basic £30k-40k (Depending on Experience)

As a Recruitment Consultant with our client, you will utilise your (engineering, industrial, manufacturing) recruitment expertise to understand the requirements of each vacancy, ensuring a perfect match between candidate and client. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement, business development to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will be:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and technical requirements.
• Attending Client Meetings and visits as required.
• Using various sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial backgrounds.
• Focussing on Engineering Jobs (example of roles CNC and Manual Millers, Setters / Operators, Turners, Grinders, Machinists, Welders, Pipefitters) and/or Industrial Jobs (Warehouse Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Order Pickers, Packers, FLT Drivers).
• Conducting interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability for specific roles.

Ideal Applicants for this role:

• Min 3-4 years Engineering, Warehouse, or Manufacturing (Temporary / Contract) Recruitment Agency Experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A driven, results-oriented individual who is committed to achieving excellence.
• Driving Licence (Essential).
