We are recruiting on behalf of a leading recruitment agency that specialises in Technical Engineering placements across the Nuclear and Oil & Gas industries. Due to continued success, they are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in engineering roles (360) or focus purely on candidate resourcing and engagement (180).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Engineering sector.
- Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to attract top talent.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and hiring demands.
What Our Clients are looking for
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Technical Engineering – Nuclear or Oil & Gas
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the desire to succeed and earn high commission.
