We’re working with a specialist recruitment agency in Manchester that’s growing its construction team. They’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in the construction sector, someone who’s confident managing roles, relationships, and their own desk.
What the role involves:
Managing permanent and/or contract roles across the construction industry
Running a 360 desk—sourcing candidates, liaising with clients, arranging interviews, handling offers
Writing job adverts, using LinkedIn and job boards, and tapping into your own network
Building strong client and candidate relationships through consistent delivery
Collaborating with a supportive team that values quality over quick wins
What they’re looking for:
Recruitment experience, ideally in construction or technical sectors
Comfortable running your own desk and building strong pipelines
Good communicator, organised, and commercially minded
Based in Greater Manchester, or able to commute regularly to the office
