Our clients include growing recruitment agencies, marketing teams, HR and payroll providers, law firms, and professional services businesses — many of whom deliver brilliant services but need help proving that on paper.
What You Might Work On:
- Consultancy Support Calls: Helping clients understand what a bid is really asking, where to start, or how to improve their approach.
- Project Work: Writing or reviewing a single bid, pulling together compliance docs, creating case studies or capability statements.
- Ongoing Support: Acting as a long-term partner to agencies bidding regularly — helping them build a content library, plan their pipeline, and raise their win rate.
We’d Like to Hear From You If You:
- Are a clear, confident writer with proven bid or proposal experience (public or private sector)
- Know how to unpack vague questions and pull out key themes
- Can work independently and manage your own time
- Are calm under pressure and don’t need fluff or handholding to deliver
- Are happy working on a freelance basis, fully remote and flexible
