Project Overview

Sizewell C requires construction of an Accommodation Campus to house up to 2,400 workers. Key features include:

16 three- and four-storey residential buildings

Single living units per worker, each with: ensuite bathroom, bed, wardrobe, kitchenette, desk, and television

Approximately 40 units per floor, serviced via central corridors

Shared services cupboards for hot water, power, data, and waste

Eight accessible units per three-storey block on the ground floor

Management and care facilities at the end of each floor

The project will be delivered under a Construction Management Agreement with McLaren Construction.
