Works include installation, maintenance, and refurbishment of centralised HVAC systems, wall-mounted and portable air conditioning units, and a wide range of mechanical ventilation and ductwork solutions including MVHR, MEV, PIV, kitchen and laundry ventilation, and car park systems. The contract covers live sites across the North East, North West, Merseyside, London, East Midlands, West Midlands, South East, and South West, running from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029, with the possibility of a two-year extension. This opportunity is ideal for contractors experienced in complex ventilation projects across occupied or operational buildings.

Scope of Works  

  • Installation, maintenance, and refurbishment of air conditioning systems:

    • Centralised HVAC

    • Wall mount split units

    • Portable units

  • Ventilation and ductwork services:

    • MVHR, MEV, PIV, intermittent extract, positive pressure units

    • Cooker hood and commercial kitchen ventilation

    • Laundry and car park ventilation systems

    • Roof and loft mounted extract outlets

  • Work may be undertaken in occupied, live environments

  • Compliance with environmental, safeguarding, and security requirements

  • Proven experience delivering air conditioning and ventilation projects across commercial and residential sites

  • Technical specialism in centralised HVAC, MVHR, MEV, PIV, and commercial kitchen ventilation
