Malvern Hills District Council is seeking contractors for the internal reconfiguration of Malvern Vale Community Centre in Malvern, Worcestershire. The works include creating a new cafe and servery, converting changing rooms into flexible meeting spaces, and adapting referee changing rooms. The project will be carried out on a live community centre site over a nine-week period from 29 June 2026 to 28 August 2026. The estimated contract value is £400,000 excluding VAT (£480,000 including VAT). SME contractors are eligible to bid
