Queen’s University Belfast is seeking recruitment and executive search providers to deliver specialist and senior-level recruitment services through a multi-lot framework agreement. The framework will support the university in identifying and attracting high-quality candidates for specialist, executive, and international roles across academic and professional services functions. Recruitment activity will include both temporary and permanent appointments, with suppliers expected to source candidates through targeted market search, networking, and advertising across the UK, Ireland, the EU and international employment markets. The framework has an estimated value of £4,362,500 and is expected to run initially for one year from June 2026, with potential extensions up to a total duration of four years.
