The contract includes design, erection, hire, inspection, adaptation, dismantling, and protective measures for planned works, responsive repairs, emergency make-safe activity, and minor roofing or gutter repairs. Services must comply with TG20:21, BS EN 12811, and the Work at Height Regulations and be delivered in occupied residential environments with strong resident protection and performance reporting. The contract is estimated at £150,000 excluding VAT (£180,000 including VAT) for an initial 2-year term with a possible 1-year extension.
