Terms of Service

1. Overview
These terms govern the provision of recruitment advertising and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
 
We provide recruitment advertising and support services designed to promote job opportunities across job boards and social media platforms. We also offer a fully managed recruitment service on a subscription basis.
 
2. Services
Essential Hire (£395)
  • Job description writing
  • Job advert creation
  • Advertising across multiple job boards and social media platforms
  • CV screening
  • Shortlist of suitable candidates
  • Multiple hires from one campaign
  • 28-day campaign
 
Managed Hire (£495)
Includes everything in Essential Hire, plus:
  • Candidate communication
  • Interview coordination
 
Targeted Search (£795)
Includes everything in Managed Hire, plus:
  • Proactive candidate sourcing for specialist, niche, or hard-to-fill roles
 
Fully Managed Recruitment Service (Subscription)
We offer an ongoing recruitment solution which includes:
  • Recruitment advertising and candidate management
  • Ongoing recruitment support
  • An optimised, branded careers page

3. Job Advertising & Distribution
  • We will create and advertise your vacancy across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
  • Job adverts are posted manually on your behalf.
  • We aim to maximise exposure; however, we do not guarantee which specific job boards your advert will appear on.
  • All job postings are standard (non-sponsored) listings.
  • Sponsored or paid job promotions are not included. If required, these can be arranged at an additional cost and quoted separately.
  • It may take up to 24–48 hours for adverts to appear on external platforms.
  • Job postings typically remain live for approximately 28–30 days, depending on the platform.
 
4. No Guarantee of Results
  • Job boards and social media platforms operate independently and are not obligated to publish or promote job adverts.
  • We do not guarantee publication on any specific platform, nor the number, quality, or suitability of applications received.
  • Outcomes will vary depending on factors including role type, salary, location, and market conditions.
 
5. Platform Requirements
  • Job adverts must comply with the terms, policies, and legal requirements of each platform used.
  • Platforms may reject, remove, or limit visibility of adverts at their discretion.
 
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful job and company information
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
  • Review and approve job advert content prior to publication
  • Manage candidate engagement and respond in a timely manner (where applicable)
 
7. Candidate Responsibility
  • The client is solely responsible for assessing, interviewing, selecting, and employing candidates.
  • We do not guarantee the suitability, performance, or retention of any candidate.
 
8. Campaign Management
  • Campaigns typically run for approximately 28 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Reasonable amendments may be requested during the campaign period.
  • Additional services (such as candidate communication or interview coordination) are only included where specified within the selected package.
 
9. Payment Terms
  • Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
 
10. Cancellations & Changes
  • If the client cancels after work has commenced, no refund will be issued.
  • Significant changes to the role or requirements after work has begun may incur additional charges.
 
11. Fully Managed Service (Subscription Terms)
  • Subscription services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
  • A minimum term may apply and will be agreed in writing.
  • Cancellation requires written notice (typically 30 days unless otherwise agreed).
  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
 
12. Timescales
  • Job adverts will be created and published within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of all required information.
  • Delays in client communication or approvals may impact delivery timelines.
 
13. Third-Party Platforms
  • We utilise third-party job boards and social media platforms.
  • We do not control:
    • Whether a job is published
    • How long it remains live
    • Its visibility, ranking, or reach
    • Platform performance or engagement
 
14. Data Protection
  • Candidate and client data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
 
15. Use of Client Information
  • The client grants permission for their company name, branding, and job details to be used for the purpose of advertising vacancies.
 
16. Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses arising from or in connection with the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee any recruitment outcome, including the number, quality, or suitability of candidates, or the successful filling of any role.
  • The client is solely responsible for all hiring decisions.
  • We accept no liability for the performance, conduct, suitability, or retention of any candidate, including where a candidate leaves employment, fails to meet expectations, or is dismissed for any reason.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
  • Our total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the service in question.
  • Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
 
17. Service Scope
  • We provide recruitment advertising and support services only.
  • We are not acting as a recruitment agency unless explicitly agreed in writing.
 
18. Acceptance
By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
 
We aim to maximise exposure and attract suitable candidates; however, results depend on external factors beyond our control.
