Key Responsibilities
- Managing the sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land (private treaty and auction)
- Drafting and advising on deeds of easement and overage agreements
- Providing non-contentious farm tenancy advice
- Collaborating with colleagues in private client, commercial property, and company commercial teams
- Attending networking events and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
- Minimum 2 years PQE with solid transactional property experience
- Knowledge of agricultural property law (desirable but not essential)
- Strong commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive team player with an innovative mindset
