We’re working with a leading law firm to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer for their well-established team in Yeovil. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that values expertise, collaboration, and career progression.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of private client law, including:
- Wills and Probate
- Trusts
- Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a personal and professional service
- Contribute to business development and departmental planning initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to share best practices
- Support and mentor junior team members
What We’re Looking For
A qualified Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE
Strong technical knowledge in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
Confidence in business development and networking
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
