We’re working with a successful Recruitment Agency in Bury to find an experienced Recruitment Consultant. If you’ve worked in Commercial, Professional Services, or Engineering recruitment, this could be the right move for you.

You’ll join a successful team and manage your own desk, covering either Commercial, Professional Services, or Engineering roles.

Build and maintain client relationships

Manage the full recruitment process from job brief to placement

Source and screen candidates

Develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts

This is a 360 recruitment role, so experience in both client development and candidate management is important.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (any of the above sectors)

Confidence in business development and relationship building

Strong organisational skills

A proactive and professional approach

Location & Travel

The role is based in Bury with excellent transport links and easy access from:
Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Prestwich, Whitefield, Salford, Middleton, Radcliffe, and Manchester City Centre. Close to M60, M62, M66 and public transport routes.
