APUC Limited is seeking contractors to provide executive and senior strategic search and recruitment services for the further and higher education sector across the UK. This framework will cover high-value roles such as Executive Search (£65K–£100K and £100K+), Senior Specialist roles (£40K–£65K), non-remunerated governance positions such as Chairs of Court and members of governing committees, as well as international executive roles. Additional recruitment-related services may also be requested under this agreement.

The framework is UK-wide, covering Scotland, England, and Wales, and includes international placements. While the tender is currently published as a prior information notice, the official contract notice is expected on 15 January 2026. Lotting structure has not yet been defined, suggesting that a single framework may cover multiple types of recruitment services.

The ideal supplier will demonstrate strong experience in executive search, senior specialist recruitment, and international placements, particularly within the education sector. They should have a proven track record of managing high-value roles, including non-remunerated governance appointments. Suppliers must be able to operate across the UK, maintain compliance with the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA), and have robust systems in place for candidate vetting, diversity and inclusion, and legal compliance.
