This includes ‘Heads of’ positions and senior investment management roles, particularly within publicly connected organisations. The organisation is headquartered in Leeds and operates a hybrid working policy, so suppliers should demonstrate strong regional reach, particularly across Yorkshire and the North of England, and the ability to attract high-calibre candidates outside London and Edinburgh. The engagement aims to identify suppliers capable of providing flexible recruitment approaches, including search-based and contingent options, as well as clear candidate ownership and fee structures.
- Ideal suppliers will have demonstrable experience in senior and specialist investment recruitment, strong diversity and inclusion practices, and the ability to support candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including long-list selection, initial screening, and onboarding support. Suppliers should also show capability in leveraging technology, such as AI and automation, for efficient recruitment while mitigating bias, and delivering measurable social value through local employment, community engagement, and sustainability initiatives.
